1. Conditions of Use

This service is provided by PT Perseorangan IGNITE TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the service.

2. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right (license) to access and use our Software Platform solely for your own internal use for the duration of the active service.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Modifying, disassembling, or reverse engineering the application source code.
• Reselling, leasing, or granting access to your account to third parties without written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on any component of our software.

3. Fees & Payment

In consideration for the license granted, you are required to pay the service fees according to the amount stated on the invoice or pricing page.

• Taxes: The fees stated include applicable taxes in Indonesia.
• Payment Method: We do not apply an automatic debit system (auto-subscription). Payments are made manually or prepaid for each service renewal period.
• The service will be active upon payment confirmation and will stop if there is no renewal payment after the active period expires.

4. User Obligations & Prohibitions

You are fully responsible for the content and activity that occurs within your account. You warrant that:

• Anti-Spam: You may NOT use this service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or promotional content that disturbs others.
• You will not upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• You will not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, or immoral acts.

Violation of this point (especially Spam activity) may result in unilateral account termination without refund.

5. Support

We provide technical support related to standard application operations. Support can be contacted via our official contact details below. Requests for custom features or fixes outside the standard scope may incur additional charges.
